1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the ScannerMindAI platform ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any future changes to these terms.
2. Service Description
ScannerMindAI is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that provides technical analysis tools, predictive indicators, AI scoring, whale movement detection, sentiment analysis, backtesting, and other features related to digital asset and financial market analysis. The Platform aggregates real-time data from 15+ cryptocurrency exchanges and multiple financial data sources.
3. Risk Disclaimer
ScannerMindAI is EXCLUSIVELY an informational and educational tool. No information presented on the Platform — including AI scores, predictive signals, whale alerts, or any analysis — constitutes a recommendation, advisory, or investment advice. Financial markets involve high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Past results do not guarantee future results.
4. User Account
To access full features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed on your account. You agree to immediately notify ScannerMindAI of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Plans and Payments
The Platform offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) according to the chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the already paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data on our servers.
6. Platform Features and Data
The Platform provides market analysis tools including but not limited to: AI Scanner, Early Signals, Whale Detector, TraderMind AI Assistant, Macro Dashboard, Sentiment Analysis, Liquidation Heatmap, On-Chain Analytics, Paper Trading (simulated), and Portfolio Tracker. All data and signals are provided for informational purposes only. ScannerMindAI does not execute trades on your behalf and does not connect to any exchange accounts.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the Platform
- Use automated tools or scrapers to extract data in bulk
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its servers
- Share your account credentials with third parties
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, AI models, source code and design, is the exclusive property of ScannerMindAI or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
ScannerMindAI is not responsible for financial losses resulting from the use of the Platform, temporary unavailability of services, errors in data provided by third parties (exchanges, data providers), or investment decisions made based on the information presented. The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
